Synergy Group Australia Announces Corporate Board and Governance Charter
Following a strategic review where we assessed the requirements needed for our firm to successfully position itself for the next stage of growth, the decision was made to establish a formal corporate board and governance charter that clearly defines the roles of shareholders, the Board, the CEO, and the Partnership group.
We have introduced independent directors to the board in addition to the major shareholders. We are honoured to announce that Lucille Halloran and Martin Bowles, AO PSM have agreed to join the Synergy Group Board as independent directors who will help guide and drive the future direction of the firm. Lucille and Martin will be joining Synergy Group's original founders Robert Kennedy, Mark Pattrick, and Pat Quade to form Synergy Group's official board consisting of five total directors.
Both possessing a wealth of knowledge and experience. Lucille Halloran has had a vast international career with global consulting firms culminating as the EY Lead Partner for Asia-Pacific Government and Public Sector markets. In addition to her role with Synergy Group, Lucille contributes at Board level to Calvary Health Care, Centrestone Capital, and the Canberra Symphony Orchestra.
