We store our clients’ contact details on a secure CRM system (Workflow Max) which is backed up to a secure server. We also securely store offsite backups of data. We regulate access to our server and CRM system by issuing individual logins and passwords. We store printed and electronic copies of credit applications, debtor information, resumes, job applications and work experience forms in a locked filing cabinet and in a secure part of our server with limited access. Our computers use screensavers and passwords.
