In 2019, Suncorp released their Youth & Confidence Research which showed that 50% of Australian teenage girls dropped out of sport by 17. Passionate about understanding behaviour and effecting change, our creativeXpeople want to form a deep understanding of past and present participation issues to devise practical ways to help support women’s participation in sport at all levels and have created a survey to form a holistic understanding. 

Trust leads to long-term benefits, sustainable growth and successes for organisations. Change is inevitable and is happening rapidly to organisations, especially in the current digitisation era. Change as a result of digital transformation programs challenges the current trust of consumers and leads to uncertainty and disruption. Is there a way to build trust by maintaining consistency whilst embracing change?

The key to understanding complex capability problems lies in appreciating the interdependencies between the vast chain of inputs that are fundamental to the development, production, and introduction into service of modern advanced platforms. Analysis clarifies constraints and opportunities, allowing long-term strategies to be designed and implemented in the national interest.

Resilience is something that is often sought after. You need to be ready to face new challenges, work consistently and come back stronger when times are tough.
